All ServicesA virtual movement eval gives you the same systematic analysis as an in-person assessment — without requiring you to travel to Boise. You submit your movement videos, a certified HMI coach evaluates your patterns against the full 8-assessment and 13-screen protocol, and you receive a written corrective focus plan with specific Smash, Stretch, and Activate protocols for your movement dysfunctions. Two follow-up check-ins are included to track progress and adjust your corrective focus.
What's Included

- Written corrective focus plan — 1 to 3 prioritized focuses with specific exercise protocols
- Smash, Stretch, and Activate prescriptions for each failed screen
- Two coach check-ins (video call) to review progress and adjust the corrective plan
How It Works
- Submit your videos. Record each movement assessment and screen following the provided guidelines and upload them using the booking form below.
- Receive your eval. Your HMI coach reviews every pattern, scores each assessment and screen against defined pass criteria, and delivers a written corrective focus plan within five business days.
- Two check-ins included. Schedule your first check-in after four to six weeks to review progress. A second check-in at twelve weeks confirms whether compensations have resolved or whether the corrective focus needs updating.
