Pec Minor

Screens for pectoralis minor tightness by observing whether the anterior deltoid protrudes during a supine arm rotation. Tightness here causes forward shoulder position and limits overhead range of motion.

  • The anterior deltoid stays completely stationary during the arm rotation — no protrusion or forward lift
  • The rear of the deltoid stays down and in contact with the ground throughout
