Criteria to Pass

  • Client stays balanced through their feet throughout the movement
  • PVC pole maintains contact with head, thoracic spine, and tailbone from start to finish
  • Client demonstrates awareness of their end range and stops at end range
  • A 60-degree hinge angle is achieved
