A quadruped position assessment testing core stability, shoulder stability, and the ability to move a single limb without compromising spinal alignment or weight distribution.
All AssessmentsCriteria to Pass
- Client must be able to get into and hold the proper starting position
- When a limb is lifted, none to minimal shifting of the torso occurs
- Only the lifting limb moves — all other contact points remain fixed with no sliding or shifting
- Scapula stays engaged and spine stays neutral throughout
- Level 1: one limb lifts; Level 2: opposite arm and leg lift simultaneously
